WE ARE AN AGRARIAN COOPERATIVE OF COFFEE FARMERS MADE UP OF 596 FAMILIES
Located in producing areas between 1000 and 2300 masl within the provinces of Jaén, San Ignacio, Cutervo, and Utcubamba.
Our history begins in 2015 as a small farmers' association called Aroma del Valle. Through effort and dedication, we have evolved into a cooperative with solid and sustainable foundations.
Our work is based on democracy, loyalty, and environmental stewardship, contributing to the socioeconomic development of our farmers and fostering a participatory social identity within their families.
In the provinces of Jaén, San Ignacio, Cutervo (Cajamarca), and Utcubamba (Amazonas). The harvest takes place between May and November across 2,062 hectares, of which 1,302 are in production, reaching over 33,295 qq of parchment coffee.
